Feeling Free, Being Me

Mental Health, Naturally

in and around the Totnes and South Hams AREAS and online

About Me

I’m Julia and I live in Ashprington with my partner and our two cats. In my spare time, I like to potter about the garden and grow my own vegetables. I love cooking and I am looking to develop therapeutic cookery sessions in the future.

Your combination of experiences and concerns are unique to you. What matters above all else in psychotherapy is our relationship. You are welcome to discuss any concerns you have which may include anxiety, stress, loneliness, depression, relationship issues, self-confidence, pressures of work, addiction, trauma or feelings of being lost or overwhelmed.

From a personal perspective I have suffered generalised anxiety disorder, panic attacks, depression, bereavement, divorce and health issues. I’m here and thriving!

I have extensive experience working in the voluntary sector with MIND the mental health charity and in a drug and alcohol unit.
